How fast is delivery?
Order before 2pm and we’ll deliver the same day across central Manchester on baskets over £40. Nationwide standard shipping is £3.95 and arrives in 2–3 working days; next-day is available at checkout for £6.50.
What is your returns policy?
We offer no-quibble returns within 30 days of delivery. Items should be unused and in their original packaging where possible. Start a return from your account or drop us a line and we’ll email you a prepaid label — the return postage is on us.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit and credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. Every transaction is processed over an encrypted, PCI-compliant connection, and we never store your full card details.
Where do your products come from?
We work directly with independent roasters, makers and family producers — over 120 of them at last count. Wherever a product comes from, we tell you on its page, and we pay our suppliers fairly so they can keep doing what they do best.
Do I need an account to order?
Not at all — you can check out as a guest in under a minute. Creating an account simply makes reordering, tracking and returns a little quicker, and unlocks members-only offers.
Can I buy a gift card?
Yes. Digital gift cards are available from £10 and land in the recipient’s inbox instantly, or on a date you choose. They never expire and can be spent across the whole shop.
